Each natural person is entitled to register and maintain only one taya55 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and PAGCOR regulations. Where taya55 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, personal information, or other means — all associated accounts will be closed and any balances, including winnings derived from bonus funds, may be forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, nationality, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to promptly update this information if it changes. taya55 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya55 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify taya55 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. taya55 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, taya55 is legally obligated to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. taya55 may also require verification at the time of registration or at any point during a player's tenure on the platform.
Acceptable identity documents for KYC verification include:
taya55 may additionally request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by taya55 may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered taya55 account holder — are prohibited. taya55 reserves the right to return any deposit suspected of originating from a third party and to withhold associated winnings pending investigation.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 1–3 banking days. All withdrawals are subject to prior completion of KYC verification. taya55 may apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements.
taya55 applies a return-to-source policy where reasonably practicable, meaning withdrawal proceeds will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical limitations or account status, taya55 support will work with the player to identify an eligible alternative withdrawal method.
Promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and other promotional credits are available to eligible players subject to the specific terms of each promotion. Each promotional offer has its own terms including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each promotional offer.
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms. taya55 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request where applicable wagering requirements have not been met.
taya55 employs monitoring systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without assuming genuine gaming risk; use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times; and coordinated abuse involving multiple players. Where bonus abuse is identified, taya55 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to close the offending account.
taya55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already accepted and are actively meeting the terms of a promotion when it is modified or cancelled will be contacted individually regarding the treatment of any remaining bonus balance.
All games available on taya55 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with game rules before placing real-money wagers. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game rules shall prevail for matters specific to gameplay; these Terms shall prevail for all account, financial, and compliance matters.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. taya55's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or PHP 50,000, whichever is lower.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit taya55's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or breach of PAGCOR-mandated obligations.
taya55 does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption, that all games will be available at all times, or that the platform will be free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally possible.
taya55 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account — including freezing the account balance — at any time and without prior notice where taya55 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, is the subject of a legal investigation, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or regulatory compliance.
taya55 may permanently close a player's account where: material breaches of these Terms are confirmed; PAGCOR or a Philippine government authority directs such closure; KYC verification cannot be completed; or the player's continued use poses an unacceptable regulatory risk. Following legitimate closure, the player's real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned via the player's most recent withdrawal method.
Players may close their taya55 account at any time by contacting taya55 support through the 24/7 live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard verification procedures.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. taya55 operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight, and all operations are subject to PAGCOR's applicable rules, regulations, and directives.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
taya55 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — particularly those affecting player rights, financial terms, or PAGCOR compliance requirements — taya55 will notify registered players by email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.
Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or reformatting) may be made without notice. The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be available at taya55.club/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
